Refund Policy We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tomcartos.com with your order number and we'll provide the appropriate return address based on your location.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number at info@tomcartos.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EU Customers If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
